The 10th Annual Consultative Forum of the Council of Europe's Cultural Routes, "Resilient and Sustainable Cultural Routes - Innovating out of the Crisis", was held online on 29 September and 1 October 2021.
On the occasion of the session "Innovative cultural routes: digital and user-centred", Charles Bonaparte, President of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities, presented the results of the communication strategy and new technologies for the Federation (video below).
The current global situation has also been an opportunity to accelerate the digital transition of the FECN - Destination Napoleon, with a reinforced presence on social networks, the development of interactive maps and the organisation of online events such as the "Destination Napoleon Talks".
