Jacques-Olivier BOUDON is a historian specializing in the French Revolution, the First Empire and contemporary religious history, and the president of the scientific committee of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities. A former student of the École normale supérieure and a doctor of history at the University of Paris-Sorbonne, he was a lecturer at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the University of Paris-Sorbonne (1992-1998), then a professor at the University of Rouen (1998-2003). Since 2003, he has been a professor of contemporary history at the University of Paris Sorbonne, where he is a member of its scientific council. He is also a president of the Napoleon Institute and director of the Revue de l'Institut Napoléon.

JOSIP BELAMARIC scaled

Joško BELAMARIĆ heads the Institute of Art History in Split and is a professor at the Department of Art History at the University of Split. Between 1991 and 2009 he was the Director of the Regional Office for the Protection of Monuments. He has published books, studies and articles on the urban history of art, architecture and urban planning in early modern Dalmatia. helding the offices of the president of the Croatian Association of Conservators and the secretary of the National ICOMOS Committee. As editor of the exhibition Tesori della Croazia put on in Venice in 2001, with a team of associates, he won the most prestigious national award, the Vicko Andrić prize for the conservation undertaking of the year. He was the head of the team that carried out the restoration of the Renaissance Chapel of the Blessed John in Trogir Cathedral, winning the Europa Nostra Prize in 2003.

MARIA GRAVAIR BARBAS

Maria GRAVARI-BARBAS is the Vice-Provost for International Relations in Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, has a degree in Architecture and Urban Design (University of Athens, 1985), and a PhD in Geography and Planning (Paris 4 –Sorbonne University, 1991). She was Fellow at the Urban Program of Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA (1990). She is the Director of the EIREST, a multidisciplinary research team dedicated to tourism studies, with main focus on cultural heritage, development, and urban-tourism evolutions. From 2008 to 2017 she was the director of the Institute for Research and High Studies on Tourism (Institut de Recherches et d’Etudes Supérieures du Tourisme, IREST) of Paris 1 –Sorbonne University. She is the Director of the UNESCO Chair in Tourism, Culture and Development at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and coordinator of the UNITWIN network of the same name, which brings together more than 25 high-level universities around the world. She is invited professor in different Universities in Europe, the States and Latin America. She is the author of several books and papers related to Tourism, Culture and Heritage.

LUIGI MASCILLI MIGLIORINI

Luigi MASCILLI MIGLIORINI is one of the most important academics studying Napoleonic time and the Restoration age in Europe. Professor of Modern History at the Università Orientale, Naples, he is also a member of the Accademia dei Lincei. He is director of the Italian magazine of Napoleonic studies, collaborator of the cultural column of newspapers such as La Nazione and Il Sole 24 Ore, co-director of the Rivista storica italiana. He is contributor in the History of Italy (Storia dell’Italia) directed by Giuseppe Galasso. He is one of the founding members of the scientific committee of Euromediterranean and Black Sea Observatory, Municipality of Naples, president of CIREM (Euro-Mediterranean initiative and research center), member of the scientific committee of the Francesco Saverio Nitti Foundation. In 2015 he has been awarded the titles of Commandeur of the Order of Academic Palms and Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres of the French Republic.

Roberto RACE is an advisor in corporate strategy and public affairs for multinational, family owned enterprises and medium-sized enterprises, working with CEOs and Board members. He also plays the roles of Senior Advisor for Institutional Relations at the Borsa Italiana and ELITE (London Stock Exchange Group) and for Communication at Deloitte Italia. In 2015 he founded The Ghost Team, considered to be the first international network for businessmen, entrepreneurs, managers, diplomats, militaries, politicians, and public figures. Besides, Roberto is committed to cultural and social activities. He leads and promotes a number of think-tank foundations and charity organisations. Since 2018 he has been member of B20, the official G20 dialogue with the business community. His book Napoleon the Communicator was published in Italian and in English. In his book Race puts Napoleon's peerless ability to engage public opinion, act upon it and obtain maximum results in the spotlight.

MICHEL THOMAS PENETTE

Michel THOMAS-PENETTE is a biologist by training and former Director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes (Luxembourg) since its creation, in 1997, until 2011, he has always been interested in artistic creation and writing, and he has gathered both in one passion, implementing a program launched by the Council of Europe, in 1987. He has been Delegate General of the European Historic Thermal Towns Association, from 2012 to 2015, and expert for the European Commission European Heritage Label initiative, from 2012 to 2015. The European Routes include major themes of European cooperation in the artistic, scientific and technical fields. Michel Thomas-Penette showed a particular interest in the following themes, which are keys to reading the complexity of today's Europe: the Silk Road, Parks and Gardens, Historic Thermal Towns, Romanesque architecture and the Book Route
