The French Institute of Florence, in collaboration with the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities, presents the Franco-Italian meetings "The Legacy of Napoleon". Inaugurated on 5 May 2021, the bicentenary of Napoleon's death, they will take place in the form of debates on four dates: 5 May, 12 May, 19 May and 26 May, starting at 10.30 am.
- 5 May: Economic framework: arts, crafts and industry encouraged
- 12 May: Territorial framework: major land and urban developments
- 19 May: Sanitary framework: from urban sanitation to the modernization of the health professions
- 26 May: Administrative and legal framework: the prefects, a lasting legacy
🟡 This event has been approved by the scientific committee of the European Federation of Napoleonic Cities as part of the commemoration of the 2021 bicentenary.
